Andalusian

Andalusians come from the province of Andalusia in Spain. Being a member of the Mediterranean class, they of course lay white eggs, are flighty, and lay prolifically. They are not a good breed for novices, nor people seeking a “pet” chicken. Andalusians are best for experienced chicken-raisers who are seeking a breed that lays a lot of eggs.
